Web Design. Your use of this website and any materials
available herein identifies that you agree to the
following terms of use (hereinafter referred to “Terms
of Use”). If you do not agree to these terms
then you should leave this website immediately (hereinafter
referred to as “Site”, not use any of the
materials available herein, and/or not subscribe to
this service.
By downloading/using the free stock
photos from Hoover Stock Photos you are legally bound
by the following terms:
In exchange for the free stock photo,
you must provide a clearly visible text link back
to us at http://www.hooverstock.com.
This text link must appear on the home page of your
website or on your links page. This is a small request
considering the time and energy we put into providing
the web templates as downloads. By violating linking
rules you fully understand you are committing copyright
infringement, and are in breach of Contract. Violaters
will be subjected to a $10,000 federal fine for copyright
infringement. Hoover Stock will pursue any offender
to the full extent allowable by law.
Any material downloaded or otherwise
obtained through the use of the website and service
is done at your own discretion and risk and you will
be solely responsible for any damage to your computer
system or loss of data that results from the download
of any such material.
Hoover Stock Photos shall not be used
for web sites with sexual*, violent, or any illegal
contents. Hoover Stock Photos may not be resold,
burned onto a cd, offered for free, given away or
redistributed in any manner whatsoever. It
is illegal to claim the stock photos as your
own and do not offer them for download on your web
site. The stock photos are for use on your
personal website. You CAN NOT make any money off of
the free stock photo. Hoover Stock Photos will continue
to hold the copyright and own the stock photo.
Hoover Stock Photos reserves the right
to change and/or modify these terms with no prior
notice. Understand this is a legally binding contract,
and violation will have consequences where this document
may be used against you.
